The beach 'chiringuitos' are supplied daily with a wide range of
fresh local fish including spit roasted sardines cooked by a local
fisherman over an open wood fire, usually served with a tortilla and
a crisp salad, followed by a paella and washed down with a jug of
sangria or good Spanish Rioja - a culinary feast. The steak
aficionado is not forgotten, as we have an excellent choice of
Argentinean restaurants serving the best steaks in the world. |
